PROCESS & PRICING (FOR FUTURE APPOINTMENT REFERENCE)
My process if fairly simple. I no longer meet for consultations, I ask that clients send reference images and a brief explanation including sizing and placement information. PLEASE NOTE that I will be giving priority in booking to ideas that involve portraiture or themes similar to my artwork (artwork can be seen under the 'PORTFOLIO' tab on my website).
I am continually trying to learn and grow as an artist, I love my niche and hope to continue to create pieces that involve similar elements (Im so sorry but landscapes and wooded scenes arent a part of this).
I require a deposit of $200 to book your appointment (this is deducted from the overall amount of your tattoo the day of your appointment) - and further, to create your design. Previously, designs were sent to you 1 or 2 days before the actual appointment date - Ive had to change this process as Ive had many cancellations after Ive spent hours designing and stenciling… because of this, I now work with clients the morning of their appointment to tweak the design that I mock up the night before. We finalize the design together at the shop with you next to me.
I replicate the images I photoshop, so I never physically draw designs out. Im noting this since a lot of clients ask me to specifically draw their designs ahead of time. My drawings on average take 25-40 hours depending on their complexity so this is physically impossible for me to incorporate into my work schedule for each client. You will be able to see the design that I mock up, give your feedback and I can alter the design until you love it. Generally I'll print a few varying sizes of the design the day of your appointment so you can choose whichever suits you best.
My pricing is $200/hr - Most tattoo "pieces" take about 5-6 hours, depending on what you would like done.. Sleeves are created "piece" by "piece" until the artwork develops into a fully merged sleeve. Each appointment (if you need more than one) would need to be at least a month apart in order for the skin to fully heal in between sessions. Ive had clients that plan to create larger area sleeves book multiple appointments (each a month apart) at once in order to secure their spots, this is highly recommended as the dates do tend to fill quickly. For the 2021 year, Ill be booking Mondays-Fridays.
You will be refunded for your scheduled appointment up to one week before you cancel, as one week gives me ample time to fill your spot. Cancellations that occur within a week of your appointment will not be refunded.
